I want to thank Matthew for exceeding my expiations. I requested a driver to be removed from my car policy, which I had been requesting for some time, four years without success, and Matthew was able to remove that driver and confirm the driver was actually removed. As soon as we got off the phone, Matthew had an outstanding idea to remove that driver as a member of my household policy. I had no idea that member was associated with my household policy. During our conversation, Matthew was polite and courteous. He paid attention to me without interruptions. Thank you Matthew!
